200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)
​Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Riverside, CA is an immersive and transformative program designed to equip you with the tools, confidence, and understanding to become a knowledgeable and embodied yoga instructor.

Whether you feel called to teach or are looking to deepen your personal practice, this training goes beyond the physical postures to help you truly understand the connection between the body, mind, and energy systems. We bridge the gap between science and spirituality, so you can teach in a way that is both informed and intuitive.

This is a hybrid training program, combining flexible online learning with in-person immersion, allowing you to integrate your studies into real life while still experiencing deep connection, practice, and growth.

In this 200-Hour YTT, you’ll learn:
• The fundamentals of yoga postures (asanas), alignment, and hands-on adjustments
• Breathing techniques (pranayama) and their impact on the nervous system and overall health
• The art of teaching and structuring yoga classes for different levels and needs
• Yoga philosophy, including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita
• Anatomy and physiology, with a focus on safe, functional, and mindful movement
• Meditation and mindfulness practices for presence on and off the mat
• How to cultivate authentic connection and hold space for your students
• How to find and develop your unique voice as a teacher

As part of this journey, we will take a guided trip to Joshua Tree, where you’ll experience the healing power of yoga in nature. Through movement, breathwork, stillness, and connection, you’ll deepen your understanding of yoga as a lived and embodied practice.

Located in Riverside, CA, we offer a comprehensive Reiki Master certification that integrates the traditional Usui Reiki system with the advanced Holy Fire Reiki energy, giving you access to a profound healing modality.
