Join us for Harmonize with Flow, a 90-minute immersive experience dedicated to calming the mind, reconnecting with the body, and realigning your energy. Held in the serene space of Rouse Yoga, this community event offers a beautiful blend of Reiki, sound healing, aromatherapy, and mindful awareness.
You’ll be guided through:
Intention Setting to ground your presence
Aromatherapy & Energy Education to enhance your understanding of your energetic body
A Full Hour of Reiki & Sound Healing led by four skilled practitioners
