In this month’s tent, you’ll be guided through a future-you meditation as well as a ‘meet your guiding council’ activity. There will be journaling, soul care time, and space for sharing.

For thousands of years across cultures, women have gathered together in sacred spaces. The concept of a red tent draws inspiration from ancient practice where menstruating women would gather in a separate space, often called a “red tent” or “moon lodge,” to rest, connect, and pass down wisdom, support, and encouragement through generations.
