Join Rouse Yoga for a refreshing outdoor yoga experience at Farm House Collective.
Practicing outdoors allows us to reconnect with nature, breathe deeply, and enjoy movement in an open-air setting surrounded by community. This all-levels class is designed to help participants stretch, strengthen, and reset while enjoying the beautiful outdoor atmosphere.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, you'll leave feeling energized, grounded, and connected.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else you need to practice comfortably outdoors.
