90-Minute Functional Mobility Hot Yoga
Service Description
This 90-minute hot yoga class is an intermediate to advanced functional mobility practice designed to warm the joints, build strength through stretch, and improve usable range of motion. The heated room supports deeper mobility by increasing circulation, improving tissue elasticity, and reducing joint stiffness — allowing the body to move and strengthen more efficiently. This class emphasizes active mobility, longer holds, and controlled transitions to strengthen muscles at their end ranges rather than relying on passive stretching. The extended 90-minute format allows adequate time for the body to fully warm, adapt, and safely deepen flexibility while maintaining stability and strength. This class is not recommended for those new to yoga. Prior experience with yoga and comfort in a heated environment are strongly advised.
