Service Description
This slow, mindful class is designed to help you reconnect with your body through intentional movement, breath, and awareness. Gentle Somatic Flow blends soft, fluid yoga with somatic practices that support nervous system regulation and deeper body awareness. Rather than focusing on how a pose looks, this class invites you to explore how movement feels. Through small, controlled movements, guided cues, and moments of stillness, you’ll begin to release held tension, improve mobility, and restore a sense of safety within the body. This practice is especially supportive for those experiencing stress, burnout, chronic tension, or emotional overwhelm. It encourages you to slow down, listen inward, and move in a way that honors your body’s unique needs. Expect a calming, grounding experience that leaves you feeling more connected, regulated, and at ease. All levels are welcome. No experience needed.
