Service Description
This intermediate to advanced hot yoga class is designed for experienced practitioners seeking a strong, intelligent, and purposeful practice in a heated room. The heat supports deeper mobility and strength by increasing circulation, improving tissue elasticity, and allowing the body to move more efficiently through challenging postures. Expect intentional sequencing, longer holds, and dynamic transitions that build strength, stability, and endurance while maintaining mindful breath and alignment. This class explores deeper postures, balance challenges, and sustained effort, offering space to refine technique, build resilience, and expand both physical and mental capacity. This class moves at a steady, demanding pace and is not recommended for beginners. Prior experience with yoga and comfort practicing in heat are strongly advised. Water and a sweat towel are required.
