Service Description
Ashtanga Yoga is a structured, breath-led practice rooted in ancient tradition and designed to build strength, flexibility, and deep inner focus. This dynamic flow links movement with steady breath (ujjayi) and mindful gaze (drishti), creating a moving meditation that challenges both body and mind. In this class, students move through a consistent sequence of postures, allowing the practice to become familiar over time.
