Breathwork and Meditation
Service Description
This class is a guided breathwork and meditation experience designed to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and build deeper awareness of breath and body. Through intentional breathing patterns and periods of stillness, students are supported in shifting out of stress response and into a more grounded, present state. Breathwork has been shown to influence the autonomic nervous system, supporting emotional regulation, mental clarity, and relaxation. Meditation practices are woven in to help integrate the breath, improve focus, and cultivate mindfulness both on and off the mat. This class is accessible to all levels and offers a steady, supportive space for those looking to reduce stress, reconnect inward, and build a sustainable meditation practice.
