Service Description
This class is designed to gently and intentionally restore mobility, strength, and awareness in the hips—one of the most complex and commonly restricted areas of the body. Through a thoughtful blend of slow, controlled movements, active stretches, and mindful holds, we’ll explore the full range of motion of the hip joint while supporting the surrounding muscles, fascia, and connective tissue. Expect a balance of stability and release, combining functional mobility drills with yoga postures that improve circulation, joint health, and neuromuscular control. This practice helps counteract the effects of prolonged sitting, repetitive movement patterns, overtraining, or stress that often gets stored in the hips. Breathwork is woven throughout the class to support nervous system regulation, encourage deeper release, and build a stronger mind–body connection. Modifications and options are offered so you can meet your body exactly where it is—whether you’re looking to ease tension, prevent injury, improve athletic performance, or support emotional release.
